X-treme™ is an advanced triple-layer version of the original Fabrifoam material. It is a medical-grade foam-fabric material consisting of a nylon and spandex hook-receptive fabric, a specially engineered stabilizing soft X-layer core, and our proprietary low-durometer outer foam. An innovative version of Fabrifoam that offers the ultimate solution in moderate to semi-rigid support and compression.
X-treme is an ideal material for use in medical applications where comfort meets semi-rigid support. Widely used for many compression and support devices. Available in multiple colors.

Fabric Layer– A brushed, nylon-spandex knitted blend with various stretch capabilities. Hook receptivity provides adjustability for optimal fit and ease.
X-Layer Core– Ester-based, high elasticity polyurethane foam with durable low compression-set properties for enhanced stability and support.
Foam Layer– Fabrifoam proprietary foam formulation is an open-cell foam with a high coefficient of friction for slip resistance, breathability and is extremely comfortable for skin contact.
